NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF ELECTION

CERTIFIED STATEMENT OF RESULTS
CRYSTAL VALLEY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 2
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to § 1-13.5-513(6), C.R.S., that, at the close of business on March 4, 2025, there were not more candidates than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates, for Crystal Valley Metropolitan District No. 2 (the “District”). Therefore, the election for the District to be held on May 6, 2025 is hereby cancelled.
The following candidates for the District are declared elected by acclimation:
Mark Costello Until May 2027
Brian Bates Until May 2029
Karen L. Jefferson Until May 2029
Linda Sweetman Until May 2029
